PAYMENT METHOD

We currently accept payment through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Paypal
  • Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard)

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

  • Once we have received the payment, please allow 1 – 2 working days to process your shipment. We will inform the tracking number through e-mail afterwards.
  • We use JNE courier services for Indonesian customers. REGULAR service is our default option. Please contact us if you want your order to be delivered faster (such as using the One Night Services).
  • For Regular shipping, it usually takes 2 – 3 working days for the courier to deliver the products around Java Area and 4 – 5 working days for outside Java Area.
  • All shipping cost will be charged to customer depends on the destination of given address when you are placing your order.
  • Risk of any delay and damage to the product occured in delivery once your order is shipped from our office will not be our responsibility.
  • You can check the shipping cost on JNE website.

International Shipping

  • Once we have received the payment, please allow 1 – 2 working days to process your shipment. We will inform the tracking number through e-mail afterwards.
  • We use Express Mail Service (EMS) for international shipping.
  • After we received the payment, please allow 1 – 2 working days to process your shipment. We will inform the tracking numbers through e-mail afterwards.
  • It usually takes 7 – 10 working days for the courier to deliver the products. If it takes longer than the given period, please contact us for further help on tracking the package. Kindly note that the custom clearance lead time may varied depend on each Country’s Policy.
  • Risk of any delay and damage to the product occured in delivery once your order is shipped from our office will not be our responsibility.
  • We do not cover for any customs or import duties that charged in the overseas shipping process. These charges are fully customer’s liabilities.
  • If you have not received your package within 1 (one) month since the shipping date, we will consider it as a lost in delivery. Please read “Lost Items During Shipment” for more information.

Lost Items During Shipment

  • VOYEJ team will consider that your orders are lost if within 1 (one) month you do not receive the items.
  • We would help checking the status of your shipment in local EMS office (Jakarta – Indonesia) or JNE office (for domestic shipment) for further confirmation.
  • If we accidentally wrote the wrong shipping address, we would take full responsibilities to re-send your order included the shipping cost covered.
  • If your packages are clearly lost during shipping and it is due to the courier’s fault, we could not re-send your order unless you pay 50% from the product price again to cover up the other cost.

Important Information

  • Please make sure that the shipping address is correct and complete as we are unable to redirect orders once they are shipped.
  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order payment is accepted.
  • Products are represented through both images and descriptions as accurately as possible.
  • As we are using natural leather, please understand the leather may have natural markings such as healed scratches, barbed wire marks, wrinkles and insect bites, etc. If you received those kind of marks, it’s a proof of genuine natural vegetable tanned leather.
  • Natural leather color may vary from hide to hide and within the hide, therefore the products color may vary between each part of a product.
  • All products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece.
  • The items stock number displayed in this website are updated and matched with the stock in our office.

RETURN AND REPAIR POLICY

  • If you experience any issue with our products, please contact us to consult first at within 5 (five) working days after you received the product.
  • Product returned must remain unworn and in like new condition. You must ensure the safety in returning the product.
  • Products found to be defective will be exchanged or repaired free of charge. However, we do not reimburse the cost incurred when you return the product.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Before purchasing, we strongly recommend you to check and choose product with the right size and color. If you are not sure with the sizing, color or image shown, please contact us via to consult before making your order.
  • If any changes are necessary after order placement, you shall inform us via e-mail to before placing a new order.
  • Any exchange for products caused by wrong size or defect can only be made after you inform us first via within 5 (five) working days after you received the product.
  • We will ship the new product after the returned item is received by us.

REFUND POLICY

  • Normally, all products that have been purchased and received are not eligible for refund.
  • We will examine and consider a refund request if it is made within 3 (three) working days after you received the product.
  • A product is considerable for refund only if it is defective for which we are responsible, such as misdescribed based on the product description, loose stitching, tearing on leather, and has stain or dirt on the product.
  • You have to return the unworn product to us and we will process your refund within 7 (seven) working days after we receive the return item.
  • Refund will include full amount paid for the product and shipping cost to you. However, we do not reimburse the cost incurred when you return the product.

REQUIREMENT FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE
