PAYMENT METHOD

We currently accept payment through:

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

  • We use JNE courier services for Indonesian customers. REGULAR service is our default option.
  • After we received the payment, please allow 1 – 2 working days to process your shipment. We will inform the tracking numbers through e-mail afterwards.
  • It takes 2 – 3 working days for the couriers to deliver the products around Java Area and 4 – 5 working days for outside Java Area. Please inform us if you want to deliver the products with faster delivery (such as One Night Services).
  • All the shipping cost will be fully customer’s responsibilities. This is included return shipment cost or exchange shipment cost.
  • We would not be responsible for any damage that happened to the goods during shipment as we shipped it in good condition.

International Shipping

  • We use Express Mail Service (EMS) for international shipment.
  • After we received the payment, please allow 1 – 2 working days to process your shipment. We will inform the tracking numbers through e-mail afterwards.
  • It usually takes 7 – 10 working days for the couriers to deliver the products. If it takes longer than usual, please inform us for further help on tracking the products. Also, please note that the custom clearance lead time may varied depend on each Country’s Policy.
  • We would not be responsible for any damaged that happened to the goods during shipment as we shipped it in good condition.
  • We do not take responsibilities for any customs or import duties that charged in the overseas shipping process. These charges are fully customer’s liabilities.
  • If your items are not delivered within 1 (one) month, we considered it as a lost in delivery. Please read “Lost Items During Shipment” for more information.

Lost Items During Shipment

  • VOYEJ team will consider that your orders are lost if within 1 (one) month you do not receive the items.
  • We would help checking the status of your shipment in local EMS office (Jakarta – Indonesia) or JNE office (for domestic shipment) for further confirmation.
  • If we accidentally wrote the wrong shipping address, we would take full responsibilities to re-send the products included the shipping cost.
  • If your paid items are clearly lost during shipment, and it is by chance not our fault, we couldn’t re-send your product again unless you pay 50% again from the products price to cover up the other cost.

Important Information

  • Please make sure that the shipping address is complete and correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order payment is accepted.
  • Products are represented through both images and descriptions as accurately as possible.
  • As we are using natural leather, please understand the leather may have natural markings such as healed scratches, barbed wire marks, wrinkles and insect bites, etc. If you received those kind of marks, it’s a proof of genuine natural vegetable tanned leather.
  • Natural leather color may vary from hide to hide and within the hide, therefore the products color may vary between each part of a product.
  • All products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece.
  • The items stock number displayed in this website are updated and matched with the stock in our office.

RETURN AND REPAIR POLICY

  • Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge after consulting with us within 3 days after the products arrived.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Before purchasing, make sure you check and choose the right the size, color, image description, etc.
  • If any changes are necessary after order placement, customers should make a new order and inform us via e-mail to .
  • After customers made the payment, any cancellation, change to order items, or other replacement and return, for the convenience of customers, shall not be accepted.
  • Regarding any problem on Belt size or Bracelet size exchange, we will give you 3 days after the product arrived to inform us via . If we received information after 3 days, we could not help you to exchange the products.
  • If you aren’t sure with the sizing, color or image shown, you should contact us via to consult before making an order.

REFUND POLICY
